www.riyadhtravel.net  received over 389,746 visitors Up to April 2015 and we are expecting to have 480,093 visitors by RTF 2016 with approximate increase by 30%. The website also facilitates online visitor and delegate registration, various downloads and subscriptions.


EMAIL CAMPAIGN

Monthly e-newsletters and email broadcasts will be sent to targeted segments of the RTF database. Over 700,000 email shots will be sent out during the year to promote the event.


FAX CAMPAIGN

Visitor and delegate fax campaigns will be conducted across the Middle East to raise awareness of the show, drive traffic to the website and encourage visitor pre-registrations via a fax back facility and the online pre-registration facility. There will be thousands of Faxes going from the DATA Base of RTF.

OUTDOOR/INDOOR CAMPAIGN

Around 200 series of Mupi Mall.Mupi streets, and Mupi screens were  placed in all the main malls and roads of Riyadh before 15 days from the exhibition in order to increase awareness of the event and to encourage more visitor numbers.

Over 80 advertisements were published in international and Local journals and magazines In Order To promote RTF including Sabaq Online,Sawah,Arab Traveller Magazine especially for Travel & tourism Destination based Monthly magazine with around 20,000 copies to be distributed free.

Four issues of the RTF daily Event news Were distributed during the show to create greater awareness amongst visitors about a variety of events taking place on each day. Exhibitors will also able to advertise within the publication in order to attract greater visitor numbers to their stands for RTF 2016.
